On 26 September 2025, the final conference of the Enriching Communities through Engaged Mobilities (ECEM) project will take place at the Palais des Académies in Brussels.
Over the past two years, ECEM has focused on advancing student engagement in local communities during mobility periods, aiming to make these experiences more socially relevant and inclusive. The project has brought together higher education institutions and civil society organisations to identify effective practices and policy recommendations that support this goal.
The conference will present the project’s main findings, explore the potential of engaged mobilities, and provide space for dialogue among practitioners, policymakers, and researchers.
The ECEM project is coordinated by the Erasmus Student Network, and project partners include, the ACA - Academic Cooperation Association, SGroup - Universities in Europe, the Institute for Development of Education (IRO Zagreb), and CitizensLab (CLab). Lean more about the project on the website.
There is no participation fee for this event, but registration is mandatory.
