The seminar participation is transferable to another person. Please inform the ACA Secretariat in this case.

Participants who register and do not attend the seminar will not be eligible for a refund.

Important information

The venue Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie is a 4-star hotel located close to the Louise shopping area and a short walk away from the EU district.

ACA has secured several rooms for the participants until 27 December 2026. You can book one of those throught the above reservation link, where you will also find more information about the pricing and the reservation conditions.

Please note that the participants will have to cover their own travel and accomodation costs.
