Registrations closed

Our European Policy Seminar What's new in Brussels, to be held on 24 January 2020, is booked out. We in ACA  regard this as a big success. Yet, this is also sad news. You cannot register anymore. 

Well, almost not. Experience tells us that there are always a few cancellations in the final two weeks in the run-up to our events. We will therefore establish a waiting list. Should you wish to be put on this list, please contact the ACA Secretariat at secretariat@aca-secretariat.be. This will be a first come first serve list. The first person put on the waiting list will be offered the first place which becomes available.

EARLY BIRD FEE: REGISTRATIONS BEFORE 10 JANUARY 2020:
  • Regular registration: 270 Euro
  • ACA Member: 155 Euro *
REGISTRATIONS AFTER 11 JANUARY 2020:
  • Regular registration: 295 Euro
  • ACA Member: 185 Euro *

* CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the ACA Secretariat.

Cancellation fees:
Cancellation until 10 January 2020 (including): no fee.
Cancellation from 11 January until 17 January 2020 (including) : 50% of the seminar fee.
Cancellation after 18 January 2020: 100% of the seminar fee.
The seminar participation is transferable to another person. Please inform the ACA Secretariat in this case.

Participants who register and do not attend the seminar will be charged the full fee.

FAQ

How to get to the venue – FONDATION UNIVERSITAIRE
  • Arriving by public transport: the University Foundation is located just between two underground stations (Troon/Trône and Porte de Namur/Naamsepoort).
  • Arriving by car: take the tunnels until the exit Porte de Namur/Naamsepoort (make sure you have enough small change for your parking fee).
