The Academic Cooperation Association (ACA) is a federation of national organisations from Europe and beyond, which all fund and encourage the internationalisation of their higher education systems. Acting as an advocate of internationalisation world-wide, ACA offers these actors a European multilateral platform for cooperation, the development of long-lasting partnerships, and innovation in higher education. ACA stands for many things, but above all, it is an expert centre, producing studies and evaluations, organising international seminars and conferences, and providing information on new developments in European and global higher education.

The European University Foundation (EUF) is one of Europe’s most prominent and influential university networks. Its core mission is to foster a modern, strong, and competitive European Higher Education Area while advocating for a substantial increase in both the quantity and quality of student mobility. With extensive expertise in policy innovation and a long-standing history of shaping the Erasmus+ programme, the organisation continues to play a key role in advancing European higher education.

Masaryk University (MUNI) is the second largest university in the Czech Republic, a member of the Compostela Group and the Utrecht Network. Founded in 1919 in Brno, it now consists of ten faculties and 35,115 students.^[2] It is named after Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, the first president of an independent Czechoslovakia as well as the leader of the movement for a second Czech university.

The Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO) is a quality assurance agency that safeguards the quality of higher education in the Netherlands and Flanders, in an expert and independent manner, and that fosters the quality culture pursued within the higher education institutions in the Netherlands and Flanders. It accredits existing and new programmes, and assesses the quality assurance of higher education institutions.

Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) is a university of applied sciences (a polytechnic) in the region of Pirkanmaa, Finland. Together with Tampere University, they constitute the Tampere higher education community. Founded in 1996, has almost 10,000 students divided among over forty degree programmes, of which around fifteen are conducted in English.
